Robert S. Loiselle, Sr. as Dean of the Northeast, and has assigned St. Nicholas to that deanery effective Dec. 6, 2009. Bishop Bob is the rector of St. Paul's Church in Crownsville (Annapolis), Md., and Dean of the Mid-Eastern Deanery. His ministry and leadership in these positions has built a strong and growing Parish and Deanery. He brings experience and vitality essential to building a strong Deanery of the Northeast.
